A scary moment....

After four days of work, finally I was on my way to home. Today there were two big footy matches here. If you are not aware, just to let you know that Aussies are mad after footy. On such big events, here people enjoy live match and get drunk. On my way to home in train, match was over; so whole train was full. When I get off at my station, I saw lots of people entering into the station at the same time to catch the train. It was a small entry, so I sat on a bench until people stops entering the station platform. (Entry of station platform was very small, max. one or two person can pass at a time.) I was surprized, why these people are on this station. Because match was in the city. Suddenly, an aussie girl, totally drunk and hungry came and sat beside me. She sat little bit close to me. This never happened to me. But I thought she is drunk, so just ignore. But I was afraid of something. That moment was very uncomfortable for me. I don't know what was that. It's not because, she was drunk. I have seen my friends get drunk and gone mad. After few seconds, she started talking to me. And then it was okey. Yeah, well talk wasn't really interesting. So not mentioning here.

I am feeling sleepy now. Better get off my gadget.

Got some upgrades!

Finally, today I got my notebook RAM upgraded. Although I had to compromise. I took two 256MB RAM modules and installed in my notebook. At the computer shop, it got booted fine. But when I came home, it didn't even booted. So, what I tried to use my 1 old 128 RAM slot with another 256 MB RAM slot. So, my laptop would have 384MB of RAM. Yeah, it worked fine. So, afterwards to test that, I upgraded my machine to WindowsXP. It is working fine so far. It's good for me.

I was thinking why I am getting this upgrades? And the answer was, just want to have WindowXP as operating system, so that I can have video conferencing in MSN when Yahoo annoys due to sever load etc. Though MSN is not better than that, but its just another option to try. The another reason for this upgrade is 'I don't know'. ;-)

Banana Dish

Although I should update this one yesterday only. But anyway, its okey to be late here. Yesterday afternoon, me and my friend Tejas thought of making 'banana sabji'. The receipe was given by Jay last week. Its a perfect dish for lunch. Within 5 minutes, we made it and enjoyed it. I liked it very much. Tejas didn't like much because of the excess of mustard beans. But its goood. Well the rest of the day, I was in uni. So, nothing interesting to write about.

Khichdi Kadhi

yes, I had Khichdi - Kadhi in dinner tonight. From last 2 days, I have been suffering from Cold and bit of fever. I wanted to have khichdi-kadhi with a touch of ginger. Finally I cooked today. I finished my car wash job today, came back home and then hit the kitchen. It was not so tasty, the way I imagined :-) . But it made me feel bit of relief from cold. Its good. Gooooood!

Hactic Day!

It was a very hactic day today. It began last night actually. My assignment was due today evening. Last night, I started doing assignment. It took time to draw all DFDs. But anyway, I worked till 2 in the night and still I had not reached half way. I had to go to sleep as I had car wash job early morning at 7. I woke up at 6, had some milk and started writing report. I started my job at 8. It wasn't really busy day for Car Wash. So, I told my manager, if he wants someone to go home, I'll go. I finished my work at 9. I came home at about 10. Took shower and stuff. Ate something. Then started writing report. But was feeling very sleepy. So, had a short nap till 1. Now the deadline was approaching. Had to finish the assignment. I finished assignment at 5. I caught the train and reached Uni at 5:45. I had to take print outs for submission. That reminds me the old days of Nirma, where I used to wait for printer to be free or wait for print out to collect. Finally submitted it. Then I went to computer shop to upgrade my laptop's memory. He ordered two memory slots for me. We installed memory and test it. One of the slot was faulty. So, will have to wait till Monday now. Hopefully, I 'll get it right on Monday. Let's see...
